Born in Maó (Minorca) in 1995. Graduated in Veterinary Medicine by the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) in 2018 and Student’s Council president during 2017-2018. Also, has been member of the quality academic commission of the Veterinary Faculty during 2016, 2017 and 2018.
In 2017-2018 has collaborated with the UAB Animal Health and Anatomy department in different projects, also has collaborated with the agreement between UAB and Valencia Oceanographic foundation based on research, development and validation of new indicators of wellbeing in marine wildlife. During 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 has been in equine unit in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Helsinki within the framework of the UAB Exchange programme.
Since September 2018 he has a predoctoral grant (PIF) to do the doctoral thesis in animal welfare under the direction of Dr. Manel López Béjar in the research group ERPAW (Endocrinology, Reproductive physiology and Animal Welfare Research Group.) Its main topic of work is animal wellbeing, specifically wellbeing in horses used for recreational purposes.
