Project I+D+i "Training specialities, employment specialities and insertion results"

ESFOREM project aims to develop the following research areas in relation to the situation in Spain:

a) Analyze the relationship between training and employment with reference to the correspondence between specialty training and specialization of jobs, with particular emphasis on the employability of young people in Spain.

b) Examine the effects of the correspondence or no correspondence between specialty training and specialization in employment in terms of  employability outcomes of young people.

c) Analyze, from an approach based on skills, employability successful events in situations of non correspondence between specialty training and employment. That is to analyze the complex training options that allow adaptation to the occupation despite the apparent inadequacy.
