Katz Center for Advanced Jewish Studies
The Herbert D. Katz Center for Advanced Jewish Studies of the University of Pennsylvania announces its fellowship programm "Institutionalization, Innovation and Conflict in 13th-Century Judaism: A Comparative View", initiated by Y. Schwartz, A. Fidora and H. Hames.

Insitut d'Estudis Medievals
The Institute of Medieval Studies of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, directed by professors José Enrique Ruiz-Domènec and Alexander Fidora focuses on various aspects of the encounter of the three religions of the book during the Middle Ages. It publishes the international Journal Medievalia.

Bibliotheca Philosophorum Medii Aevi Cataloniae
This new series published critical editions of philosophical texts from the Crown of Aragon. The first two volumes, which were prepared by the project members, conatin also Hebrew texts and fragments, namely the Question on the unity of the universal by Vincent Ferrer as well as Peter Thomae's Treatise on distinctions.

Corpus Biblicum Catalanicum
The CBCat publishes the Catalan Bible translations from the Middle Ages to Modern Times, as well as related texts. Harvey Hames is currently preparing an edition of the first complete Hebrew rendering of the Gospels for the CBCat, which were translated from Catalan into Hebrew.

Christian-Muslim Dialogue in Spain
Research Project on inter-religious dialogue and polemics on the Iberian Peninsula (12th-15th C.), conducted by Prof. Dr. Matthias M. Tischler (DFG-SPP 1173) at the Philosophisch-Theologische Hochschule St. Georgen Frankfurt, with useful databases. The project cooperates closeley with "Latin into Hebrew".

Islamolatina
Research project on the Latin translations of the Qur'an led by Prof. Dr. José Martínez at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
