Short CV: 

Paula Hermida holds a FPU Research fellowship, granted by the Department for Education, to pursue a PhD project on tax policy analysis. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology (Academic Excellence Award) from Universidade de A Coruña and a Master of Science in Applied Social Research from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. She completed her research training in the social policy and welfare state group at the CSIC Institute of Public Goods and Policies (IPP), when she obtained a research scholarship under the Jae Intro Programme. She has been involved in various research projects focused on public policies and institutional design.  As well, she has been a teacher in different courses about social research methods.
